For many years we have been going to POW-WOWS and other events related to the Native American way of life. In these travels we were always looking for music CD's and cassettes which reflected our love of the Native American lifestyle and Heritage. Sometimes we would get lucky and find a few but frequently we were disappointed that there were none available.

We did extensive research into the availability of artists and their music and hence was born NATIVE AMERICAN WINDS. We found that we were not the only people in search of Native music, so we were able to fill a gap in the supply of these CD's and cassettes.

Starting with a dream and love of chants, the haunting melodies of the flute, the life giving beat of the drums, and the stories told in music of our heritage, there was only one direction in which to develop our magic. Climb the road of life into a business which benefits all by sharing the sounds made with the love in the hearts of these artists.

Once we made that leap we once again began our circuit of POW-WOWS and other events, yet this time as a vendor with one little six foot table which grew to several more, and now has expanded beyond just the music to beautiful T-shirts and books which depict the beauty of our Heritage.
